  1. Return Eligibility
  • Timeframe: Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition: Products must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
  • Photos & Video: Please must send 4-5 photos and a video of the item showing defect/damage, please email us at return@fabnowindia.com
  1. Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Digital downloads
  • Gift cards
  • Health and personal care items
  • Altered, Tailored or special work (such as fall and pico on saris, specially tailored garments, all fabrics)
  • We only accept items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at support@fabnowindia.com.
  1. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@fabnowindia.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos if the item is defective or damaged.
  2. Authorization: Wait for a return authorization email from our customer service team.
  3. Shipping: Once you receive the authorization, securely pack the item and ship it to the return address provided in the email. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  1. Refunds
  • Inspection: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
  • Partial Refunds: Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.
  1. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at support@fabnowindia.com.

  1. Shipping Costs
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Refund Shipping: If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
