DOMESTIC BUYERS
- Return Eligibility
- Timeframe: Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition: Products must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
- Photos & Video: Please must send 4-5 photos and a video of the item showing defect/damage, please email us at return@fabnowindia.com
- Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom or personalized items
- Digital downloads
- Gift cards
- Health and personal care items
- Altered, Tailored or special work (such as fall and pico on saris, specially tailored garments, all fabrics)
- We only accept items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at support@fabnowindia.com.
- Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at return@fabnowindia.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos if the item is defective or damaged.
- Authorization: Wait for a return authorization email from our customer service team.
- Shipping: Once you receive the authorization, securely pack the item and ship it to the return address provided in the email. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Refunds
- Inspection: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 days.
- Partial Refunds: Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.
- Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at support@fabnowindia.com.
- Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refund Shipping: If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
- The buyer has to pay for the return shipping.
- Any custom duty paid at the time of export and/or import, by the buyer will not be refunded.
- Any custom duty charged in India on returned item must be settled / paid in advance by the buyer.
